Your data and your responsibility

Data you enter is stored locally in your browser. You are responsible for keeping your own backups — for example by exporting from the expense tracker — because clearing browser data deletes it permanently.

No warranty

The site and its tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While formulas are documented and tested, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that results match any particular lender’s or institution’s calculations.

Acceptable use

You may use the tools for personal and professional planning. You may not scrape, resell, or misrepresent the site’s content as your own, or attempt to disrupt its operation.

These terms may be updated; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
