How to use it
- List each subscription with its price per bill and how many times a year it bills (12 = monthly, 1 = annual, 4 = quarterly).
- Monthly cost (=price × bills ÷ 12) and annual cost (=price × bills) compute automatically.
- Sort by annual cost when deciding what to cancel — the top rows are usually surprising.
- Re-check the sheet quarterly; services love silent price increases.
